The poster selection was limited, and I just couldn’t really find anything I liked. There was something about it that felt kind of underwhelming

I was disappointed with this poster. The print looked blurry up close, especially around the small text and edges, and the colors had this washed-out, slightly gray look instead of being bright like the photos. Even the paper felt thin and flimsy, like the corners would crease if you barely touched them wrong. For the price, I expected something a lot nicer. I’ve ordered posters from other places for about the same cost and they had sharper details, better color, and thicker paper. I wouldn’t buy from here again

The poster arrived all bent up and crushed inside the tube, with basically no real protection. I also felt kind of passed around when trying to figure out what happened, which made it even more frustrating. Really disappointing because I was expecting it to show up in good shape.

I ordered a poster the tracking was ridiculous. The emails were super vague and never actually told me where my order was or when to expect it. I kept checking on my own, but it still felt like a guessing game. Frustrating experience overall.

It’s disappointing when all you want is a simple update and you feel like you’re being ignored. the whole thing left me frustrated, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering again unless their customer service improves
